Self-serving petition: please make Frankie one of the forum smilies

I just moved a little while ago, and I've recently wanted to put Frankie into some of my posts. However, my new image hosting craps out at 5 MB/day, and having "the red x" at the end of my posts instead of the little green guy looks sloppy and ruins my attempts at humor. And let's face it, I have a hard enough time being funny.
He's only 3K, and I promise that I'll keep feeding him and plugging him into his charging station at appropriate intervals. Whaddaya say? Will you give Frankie some lovin'?

Static, I’m on the fence on this. I love Frankie and miss your alter ego. He hasn’t been around much since you modded up. 
But I think making him a smilie for all to use would be contrary to what (I believe) you’re trying to do, which is to find him a place to live where he can get out more. Yes?
Maybe, since you’ve got connections, you can make a deal with Geoff to host the image but not include it in the “public” list? Sure, the more resourceful members would be able to steal him from time to time. But I think having him available for all to abuse would make him one cranky mofo.
