Wall Mounting Speakers Questions (Energy Encore system)

Hello,

My living room is approx 12.5' by 13.5'. I have the Energy Encore speaker system (http://absoluteaudiovideo.com/enensys1.html for size and weight specs). Since I don't really have room for speaker stands (or money to buy them), I was considering mounting the 4 satellites to the walls of my apartment.

Couple questions..

1. How high should I mount them? Ear level for all 4, or should the rears be higher?

2. Should I place the rear satellites on the rear wall or on the side walls? If on the side walls, how far back should they be?

3. Do you place the surrounds different depending on if you have 5.1 or 6.1 or 7.1? (I currently only have the 5 speakers plus sub, but my Denon 3803 receiver is capable of 7.1 and might buy 2 more Encore2's for rear-center at some point in the future)

4. Do speakers in general sound any different if they are screwed into a wall instead of on stands?

5. Anybody here ever mounted the Encore2's before have any stories to share? Or recommended screws to use?

6. Will setting up the system in so small of a room have any negative effects that I wouldn't get from a larger room?

Thanks a lot for any help you can give me.
