I just saw an Xbox Xmas commercial for their Clone Wars/Tetris Bundle for $179.99. I don't think MS would be airing these commercials if they plan on dropping the price anytime soon. But who knows?

I predict that the XBox will drop to below $150 by next Xmas and down to below $129 by the end of 2005.
