fyi, for the 2 of us here who play motogp2, the live scores will be reset and a patch released to fix the glitches that people had been exploiting.

Climax - Nov.11 - Recently, a number of gamers have worked out a way to cheat on MotoGP 2, getting fake laptimes uploaded for two of the tracks, and giving them an unfair advantage. We are pleased to announce an updated version of the game in which it is no longer possible to cheat in this way.

Please be aware that the leaderboards will have to be reset in order for Microsoft to introduce this update.

The reset date is Monday 17th November 2003.

At first I was going to come in here and sigh that console games were taking the patch route.. but I can totally understand and welcome patches to iron things out in an online enviroment.

I give another to MS for keeping the online games clean.
