Any chances of 10th anniversary dvds of Dumb and Dumber or Ace Ventura?

With 2004 around the corner what are the chances of Ace Ventura or Dumb and Dumber getting a 10th anniversary edition on dvd?

Negative. Maybe Dumb would've, but since Dumberer was already released, they probably won't release a new one.

dumber needs one, (please let Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels do the commentaries instead of the Faralley's) and include deleted scenes. they have said that most of their movies are around 2 hours and 30 minutes so they would be longer.

It'd be nice, but I don't see it happening...-sigh-
I think they should of done a Dumb & Dumber : SE before the sequel was released. Alittle pre-hype never hurt a sequel (alright , so maybe sometimes it does).

Although a special edition of Dumb and Dumber would be great, I would much rather have a special edition of Ace Ventura, as it is, in my mind, the DEFINITIVE and BEST Jim Carrey movie. The edition out now is very sub-par, not even a widescreen transfer. At least Dumb and Dumber has that. (To be fair Ace does have a commentary track, but I'll take a widescreen transfer over a commentary anyday)

[sarcasm]None, too many people would like it and they'd make too much money[/sarcasm]

Seriously, I'd love to see either but it won't happen.

Isn't Ace non-anamorphic? They should do a re-release.

The sequel is in widescreen, not sure if it's anamorphic or not.

According to DavisDVD's Rumor mill they are re-releasing the Mask with DTS and animorphic WS. So there may be some hope they'll decide to re release Dumb and Dumber. And about a month ago Warner Brothers said Ace Ventrura was "in discussion for release" So there maybe some hope for that one as well

dumb n dumber the special edition would be sweet.

on the other hand listening to a farrelly brothers commentary would be not.

The soulution would be a jim carrey/jeff daniels commentary.
That would rock.
