I'm pretty sure we're getting 8 new ones in a row, with only 3 played so far.

They usually don't preview the specifics of the episodes, but there have been several "ALL NEW 8 EPISODES OF SOUTH PARK" promos shown. I'm surprised you haven't noticed them since in 30 minutes of typical Comedy Central programming, 29.9 minutes is dedicated to that promo.

Episode 711: Casa Bonita

Kyle's parents are taking him and three of his friends to Casa Bonita, Colorado's version of a Mexican Disneyland. When Kyle chooses to invite Butters over him, Cartman arranges to have poor Butters go conveniently "missing."

Anything involving Butters is gold, let's hope tonight showcases that again.

Awesome! I used to love Casa Bonita as a kid. I took my daughter there for the first time just a few months ago.

This episode is a good one, fellas. I would go so far as to say this is the best one so far this run. Many great Cartman and Butter's moments. Nice montage of prior Cartman episodes in the middle of this ep.

Enjoy.

Sounds great. I love episodes where Butters plays a key part.

Good old resilient Leopold. He was rebuilding the whole town on his own.
Cartman was at his most evil here. Brilliant, but evil. That Casa Bonita must be some place.

Honk!

Pretty funny episode. Would of been better if I had first-hand knowledge of Casa Bonita, but still pretty funny.

They pretty much nailed Casa Bonita 100%. Hilarious stuff. I wasn't expect a parody of A Boy and His Dog, but it was more than welcome!

One thing I noticed that was odd... Cartman flipped Kyle off twice... and they SHOWED it. When Butters and Token flipped Cartman off in the Christian Rock episode, their fingers were blurred out. How come they were blurred and Cartman's "birds" were not?

BTW they were WAY too nice about Casa Bonita. It is obivously shown through Cartman's "child eyes". The place is kind of a dump. Not to mention, Cartman should have been dodging through LONG, SNAKING LINES to get in on a Saturday evening. The 1st time I went there it took 30-45 min just to get/pay for your food!

They did a good job of showing that it's in a low-rent strip mall, though. I thought that was a nice touch.

The place is like 30 years old. I went when I was very little and it was fairly new, and it seemed a lot nicer then. Of course, I was also looking at it through "child eyes."

That's true. They showed it being adjacent to a "97 cent store" and across the street from a Pawn Shop.

awesome episode! im so glad south park is going back to what made this show so great - kids being kids. and cartman.

i hated when they just started to push the limits and see how far they could go...it stopped being funny. butters dad going to gay clubs, cartman feeding that kid his parents, etc...those seasons sucked.

this season has been great so far.

(btw; casa bonita is a real place?)
