ones a bit more then the other, and i really dont have a lot to spend. I was even going to get a 20'' but thought it was too small. The samsung is bigger, but is the toshiba better? Thanks.

$30 isn't that much of a difference. I didn't see it listed for either set, but if 1 of them has anamorphic squeeze, go with that. If neither do, I'd say go with the Samsung, only because $30 more for 3" isn't that bad of a deal. A side by side comparison in the store is definitely called for though.
