The main case about rape, handled horribly by Jimmy, was so-so, but at least the writers addressed Alan's "helping hand" with Jamie's case, where she screwed up and had to pay out a faux settlement to avoid malpractice.
Alan and Jamie both get second chances from Eugene and Eleanor.
Alan's new relationship with the fashion-challenged Diane takes on a strange vibe as Alan re-assesses the women he seems to be attracted to.

I wasn't too impressed with this episode. I was finally getting to where I was liking Alan after the episode where he got Rolan's charges thrown out, but he reverted back to his weird and perverted ways last night.
His releationship with Diane is just down right creepy.
I cannot believe Jimmy screwed up that case as bad as he did. It just doesn't seem like his character to be so ill prepared.
Jamie is by far the most irritating character on the show and proved it once again last night. I wish she would have been fired.
