Lost my reciever remote

I had been using my reciever remote for all of my electronics. The other day it just dissapeared it is no where to be found... Now I had been thinking about buying a touch screen universal and will be getting the kameleon 8 (sp?). My question is there a way to get the reciever functions like test tone and other functions only used for recievers? Thanks for the help.

you like touchscreens? oh well. Sometimes you can program codes for these specific functionjs. check out remotecentral for forums with info. personally i'd go with the mx500 - hard buttons plus labels.
