DVD Talk review of 'Tremors: CE'
I read G. Noel Gross's DVD review of Tremors: CE at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=2802 and...
There are a couple of minuses about this DVD. For starters I love this movie. It is one of my favorites and I special ordered the DVD because no stores had it in at the time. The extra features are of poor video quality, especially the deleted scenes. They are not even in widescreen. Also one of my favorite comedic moments in this movie was cut from the DVD. When Val, Earl and Rhonda are stuck on the boulder for the night in the original movie and VHS copies as the sun goes down, we hear a coyote howl a couple of times and then yelp as he is eaten by the graboid. This is completely cut from the DVD. Aside from that the quality of the feature is acceptable and I have enjoyed watching it many times.

I can't check right now but, I think think that scene was from the second Tremors movie.
