Ugh, a long string of lame gags without any plots. Uh been watching Family Guy much? That death plot happened two years ago. Jerry Lewis was wasted. This is not a good sign for season 14

I felt that the 2nd segment was absolute crap, not funny in the slightest. The one where Homer was death made me giggle a couple times, but seriously, last year didn't The Simpsons make fun of Family Guy, saying it was a cheap clone of The Simpsons... and then this year they do a cheap knock off of a Family Guy episode?

I did enjoy the final segment though, except for it's ending. It got to the point where they said "We have no idea what to do," so just finished with nonsense.

Ah come on, the time stopping episode was pretty fun. I was cracking up when they started taking doughnuts out of Homer's mouth.

I loved watching the doughnuts keep disappearing and then Nelson and Homer naked...hilarious!!! The death skit was a complete rip-off of Family Guy...but then again...it wasn't terrible.

Homer is the Grim Reaper - lame family guy ripoff

Frink's father - WTF? I thought this was a comedy?

Bart stopping time - Pretty good, except for the end with Lisa.

Nothing as good as the Homer clones from last year.

Really laughed once, and only because it was a total mark-out for The Auteur:

"You've disgraced the name of John EIIIIIGEN-BAUMMMMM Frink."

This was one of the weakest Treehouse of Horror episodes I can ever remember. The first 2 segments were just terrible, but the last one was pretty funny except for the random ending. I hope that this isn't a preview of things to come this season.

Very weak. The first segment was the strongest of the show. I especially enjoyed the PEANUTS reference and the Benny Hill theme song. Every other part of the show is disposable.

To be fair, the Family Guy one was a ripoff, too. All done before in a Piers Anthony book called On a Pale Horse.

Isn't this the second or third time they've done the Benny Hill bit?

You get Jennifer Garner to guest and you only give her 2 lines

The doughnut bit was good.

Really random guest voices: Jennifer Garner, Oscar De La Hoya, and Jerry Lewis.

I thought the episode was okay, but not really that bad. Not as good as previous Treehouse of Horrors, but still good. The second segment was not really Halloween-y, just a weird little segment.

Parts of the time stopping one was good. The rest was about as good as a regular modern Simpson's episode, so my time felt wasted.

I wouldn't say that Jerry Lewis was "random" at all. He made perfect sense to voice Frink's father, considering that Frink's character is based on Lewis' Nutty Professor.

First two segments were mediocre, third one was pretty funny though.

Yeah, it was a weak episode. Funniest gag was with the two aliens in the beginning pointing out that no one cares about the Halloween show because it's November.

Honk!

The first and third segments were alright, but the second just felt out of place. Every year these "Treehouse of Horror" episodes seem to decline and have less to do with Halloween themes.
