Hitachi 4:3 RPTV: Convergence is tilted?

I have a standard 4:3 Hitachi 52" RPTV, not sure what model. It's about 5 years old. Over the last few months, the blue convergence has been tilted to the right, and it seems to be getting progressively worse. Red and green aren't nearly as bad, but are getting slightly worse. What exactly needs to be done to fix this? I understand I can have it ISF-calibrated, but how expensive is this usually?

First off forget about a ISF calibration on a 5 year old RPTV! It is not worth it on that olda technology TV. Also if the blue is literally tlted then it seems you may have a blue CRT that is physically turning causing this problem or a convergence board go south! Either of these two things are something ISF calibrators don;t do anyways.

Can you be more specific as to what this tilting looks like (maybe a pic).
