Best disk of Orson Welle's, The Stranger?

Which is the best disk to get? My copy is a cheapo one distributed by Delta Entertainment Corporation and I'd like to upgrade.

The Roan disc with a second little seen Loretta Young Noir (Cause For Alarm) on the flip side is
very high quality.

I have the Roan disc too. I haven't watched it in a while, but I recall it being of good quality.
