Your thoughts on this home theater system?

I wanted to get some thoughts on this system...is it a good system for the price? How is it sound wise? My budget for a system is $500, and help will be appreciated, thanks!

You can't do better, unless it goes on sale.

I'd definitely get those if I were you. The specs looks great and the price is considerably low.

That system looks like the type of system that I have been looking for due to my limited budget as well. Looks like I may get the same one. Thanks for the post and heads up on that...

Looks like a good deal too.

You can get a refurbished one directly from Onkyo for $459.00. Tho you may save an additional $10.00 by signing up at Shop Onkyo.

I think that is is the same sub I picked up from Onkyo. Nice. Not perfect, but nice. Mine was refurbished, but the sticker on the back stated it had cabinet defects. There was a spot on one corner that looked a little dented, and that was it.
