Have you received Meaning of Life replacement form/envelop yet?
I called Universal the day they established the customer service number for the Meaning of Life replacement disc. I know they stated that a fix would be ready in November but I have not heard or received anything in the mail regarding this.
I was curious if anyone has gotten anything yet? Am I being too impatient? It's only been 5 or 6 weeks.

That's what I thought. I guess it's time for another call. I assume that the envelope was postage paid. Was there any indication when the replacement will be ready?

I got mine about a week after I called, but haven't sent it back yet. Been trying to decide if I should put the DVD in a case of some kind or not (like a slim CD case) so that it arrives in one piece. Now that I think about it I'm not sure exactly why, though.

I'm just curious here, folks: When you called, did you just leave your name, number and address on their voice-tel? Because that's what I did, after being redirected to the "Meaning of Life disc replacement" line. No-one called back to verify my address so I'm assuming everything was clear enough for them. It's been about two weeks and I haven't seen anything yet.

Got mine already, I like that they are going to throw all the discs away even though they aren't faulty it's still just the fault of our "lower-end DVD players being incompatable with the modern technology" and not any problem with the discs themselves.
