Fletch Lives came out on September 2nd. It looks pretty good, especially since it's a dual layer barebones disc.

This was one of my most wanted movies, as I held off buying the original Fletch on DVD until Lives came out. I got Fletch earlier this year after I heard the announcement.

Received my copy from Amazon earlier this month. Have not had a chance to take a look at it yet but I am sure I will be pleased.

Wow..thats really weird...cause I always check the "fletch section" whenever Im in best buy and have never seen it...

Im debating buying it or waiting to see if a special edition comes out when "Fletch Won" comes out..

It was the greatest movie never made.

Anyway, I got the Fletch Lives! disc when it came out and watched it that night. Definitely looks good, and it's worth the $15 just to have it (instead of waiting for an SE that may never come).

The thing that I hate is that it seems every time I give up on a movie coming to DVD and buy the VHS on eBay, they announce the DVD release. I bought Fletch Lives! on VHS earlier this year only to see it on the DVD release list a few weeks later.

Same thing happened with The Wrong Guy.

Man, as crappy as the Fletch Lives DVD art is in comparison to the original "Gone with the Wind" poster, it does make me wanna run out and buy it. I saw Fletch Lives 4 or 5 times IN THE THEATER(I used to kill all day saturday's at the multiplex so I saw a lot of stuff many times) and damn there are some funny parts. Unfairly maligned film if you ask me.

Great movie(DVD) from a once great comedian. Too bad he can't get any more leading comedy roles. Come on Chevy!!! They should have made another.
