Upcoming Belle & Sebastian DVD?

Does anyone know anything about the Belle & Sebastian DVD that is supposedly coming out on Nov 4? This DVD from what I can tell watching it on Amazon for the last couple of weeks or so has been consistently pushed back.

Is this the same release that is coming in the UK "Belle & Sebastian - For Fans Only"?

Thanks.

I only know of the recent CD release a week or two ago. Might it have already been released as a CD / DVD combo in a jewel case like last Tuesday's Ultimate Rat Pack Collection?

I have to eyeball this when I go to Borders on Sunday.

I have this pre-ordered at Amazon. This is what I found at the B&S web site:

Belle & Sebastian 'Fans Only' DVD Release Scheduled

We are pleased to confirm that Belle and Sebastian's retrospective DVD compilation will be released by Jeepster Recordings on October 20th 2003. The title of the compilation is 'Fans Only and the catalogue number will be JPRDVD001.

There is also a photo of the DVD at the site:

This is the only information I can find, so perhaps it is the same DVD.

Actually, if you click to see more of the news story it says this:

Toshiba EMI will release the DVD in Japan on October 29th and we can confirm that it will be available through Matador Records in the US and Canada later in the Autumn.
So it will be the same, guess I will hold off until the R1 comes out, since I would prefer that over the R2.

Thanks. Do you think I should cancel my Amazon order? It shows up as region one there. I'm only able to play region one on my player. I wonder if Amazon is wrong. I ordered an Oasis DVD through them that said it was region one, but it really wasn't. I hate to go through that again.

No, don't cancel it. It will be R1. It is just coming out first in R2, the one amazon lists is most likely it, Matador will just be distributing it. So, keep your preorder.

Well, now I have a decision to make. I emailed Matador to find out when the DVD will be released and they told me:
I am sorry but a release date has not yet been set for that release.
Now I might just go for the R2 release. I am figuring that the Amazon date is most likely wrong (yet again).

It was supposed to come out on the 14th, but was delayed.

It's coming, though. Keep your pants on.

It's out already in R2. The B&S web site just says that it's "coming soon" for the U.S.

Hey, they just put out a great new album. I can wait for the DVD.
