Anyone purchased Shaw Brothers Celestial DVDs from here?

Anyone purchased Shaw Brothers Celestial DVDs from here? Only $9.62 per dvd and less than $1.50 - 2.00 shipping depending on quantity. Are they reliable and what about delivery times?

I assume you mean $2 shipping per disc, not as a total. And you have to order quite a few DVD's to get the shipping to that cost.

1 DVD shipped regular Air Mail to the US is $14.95. Add the $9.62 for the DVD and you are paying over $25 for one DVD. That sucks.

How do you get that. It's 65 Hong Kong dollars for .5kg. One dvd weighs .125kg so you can purchase 4 dvds and have them shipped for that price, which is $2.08 per dvd. The cost goes down as you buy more.

Ummm. By going through their checkout process which tells me how much they charge.

Thanks, yea, I tried the same thing. Their shipping is a lot higher than what's outlined in their shipping chart, unless you go surface mail. If you buy large quantities though, you can get it for under $2.50 per dvd which at their dvd prices puts them at about $12.15 per dvd. I just did a comparison with DDDHouse on a very large order and they were $20 cheaper than DDDHouse.

Well, definately a good alternative if you can afford to buy in larger quantities. $20 is $20 after all!
