Need help identifying a game.

This is from someone at work:

Most probable a NES game.

- Overweight Indian main character with a red vest
- Rides a carpet
- Shoots fire out of his mouth
- Collects Indian signs for power-ups

No, not Aladdin And Indian as in from India, not Native American

Thanks!

He said Indian. If you can find all that substituting Russian for Indian, I'll run it by him.

It could be Karnov, but:
  • the main character's Russian
  • power-ups are pictures, not Indian signs

It could also be Magic Carpet 2, but I've never played the game so I can't be sure.

Bring him to this post and ask him if any of the pictures look familiar.

I thought that Magic Carpet was a 3-d game for the PC.

Here's the theme song for Karnov:

Well, let me rephrase that, we do have Internet but it's password protected and we are not given passwords since we deal with confidential information.

Probably wants employees to actually work, rather than goof off online like us.

Yeah, I need the net too. But I do probably spend more time goofing off than working on it.

It was Karnov!! Thanks! He still insists, even after looking at the pictures, that it's an overweight Indian man who collects Indian symbols for powerups and rides a platf... err magic carpet.
