Hiroshima Mon Amour worth the 30 Dollars?
I was recently watching Night and Fog once again, and I was reminded of Alain Resnais's brilliance. I've seen Hiroshima Mon Amour before, and at the time I thought that was great as well.
However, it is a bit pricey. I'm always iffy on purchasing Criterions due to their price. I'm thinking I could get 25-27 on ebay for this film and the lowest.
I just wanted get some opinions. Does the movie have alot of replay value? Are the extras very good? I've read the reviews but I'm still thirsty for some opinions on this dvd.
Thanks.

Replay value is all in the eye of the beholder. Do you like fine French cinema? Excellent performances A believable love story? A subtext of nuclear holocaust? If so, it has replay value. I find it an absorbing and remarkable film. I will watch it several times more, no doubt.
