Heads up: Kingdom Hearts goes Greatest Hits on 10/6
There's a press release on Square's web page announcing Kingdom Hearts II, and buried within the text is this paragraph:
"Launching first in Japan in March 2002, worldwide sales of KINGDOM HEARTS topped 3.3 million units to date, with over 1.3 million units sold in Japan and 2 million units in North America and Europe combined. In North America, the title reached its million-unit mark in just three months, seized the top-selling RPG spot in 2002 and garnered nominations for over 40 industry awards. KINGDOM HEARTS will now join Sony Computer Entertainment America’s “Greatest Hits” series in North America. The Greatest Hits edition will be available starting October 6, 2003 with a suggested retail price of $19.99 US."
Click on the September 26 item in the "Latest News" column at the Square site and then scroll down near the bottom of the press release to find it.

I got mine for $20.00 a week ago, my local Wal-Mart had it on clearance. If you have ants in your pants to get it you could try yours. Also, I've seen it for that price at Targets clearance rack too.

You guys should just buy it now. Since we all know the price will drop, just pricematch it on the day it drops. Just make sure to keep it seal in case there is any problem.

Here's my plan for tomorrow 
I'll push CC pricematch w/ Samgoody/ Gamestop to get the Kingdom Heart Orginal Cover Art instead "the greatest Hit version"
Then Use $5 off $19.99 to get it for $14.99 plus taxes
ALso, I talked to one of the Ebgames Assisstant Manager they'll update they price by tomorrow for $19.99 instead $49.99

Here in Canada, I picked it up at Future Shop for $29.99 (canadian GH price as opposed to US 19.99) but it is still on the website for the regular price. I also picked up Sly Cooper for the greatest hits price as well.
Also, both games came in their original cover, no red GH label
Only thing is, I probably won't touch either game in months since I have a backlog of games and dvds to run through.
