Changed email: What to do about DVDTalk Newsletter?

I just changed my email address (and changed it on my Forum Profile). If I want my DVDTalk newsletters to go to the new place (and not the old place), then what is preferred?

Do I "unsubscribe" the old and then "subscribe" the new? I can't find where to change the email, and I know (I think) that just changing it on the Forum won't affect the newsletter database.

Unsubscribing the old and subscribing the new should work fine, as far as I understand.

I just wanted to make sure I did it the "best" way so that Geoff gets full credit for whatever...

Yeah well.. it's a hotmail account that I can't keep from getting full about every 18 hours (thanks, MS!) with spam. The filters there suck. So I'm starting fresh. They would just bounce back to Geoff (though I'm guessing he doesn't care about that too much, but that's why I'm asking).
