Do You BELIEVE in love...

(that is all I know)

btw..i guess it could be, I mean there is suppose to be the lochness monster and an easter bunny, and who am I to say otherwise?

I'm sure there are some straight guys who like her, I don't particularly care for her, but people make fun of my because I like Hootie and the Blowfish

No. I was given two free tickets to her concert here in San Diego last week and I felt gayer simply by holding the tickets. I gave them to my girlfriend (YES! I do to have one! A real girl!) and she went with her friend

Me: My name is Jim

Crowd: Hi Jim

Me: I have a confession, I'm straight and I like Cher

Crowd: GASP in disbelief

Me: No it's true, I have a wife, I have a girlfriend and I went to the Cher concert. With only one of them though.

Did you see the Man Show episode where they went to a Cher concert and interviewed men outside? You should.

In the 60's she looked cute.
In the 70's she was damn sexy!!
And that voice.
In the 80's she went the biker chick slut look.
In the 90's & today, well she's had a facelift that looks like a mask.

If you're 40 or older I'd say yes, if you're younger probably not.

Consider this twist:

Is it possible for a GAY man to NOT like Cher? While it is rare and indeed a reason to celebrate, I can honestly say-YES, I'll take my SLAYER & Iron Maiden over that.....that.......(be nice woofman).....that "entertainer" any day.

Since the above is true then it must be possible for a straight man to like Cher, although he is probably just a closet door and a six-pack away from his first in-house prostate exam.........

Yes it's possible. I think she's an annoying whore, but my boss at work just bought 2 tickets and he's taking his wife and he's so excited.

I know one man who likes Cher. That man is gay. So, based on my experience, 100% of men who like Cher are gay.

Glad to help.

Since when does the kind of music you listen to dictate your sexual preference? Yes I listen to teen pop, boybands, even Cher. But I like girls buddy.

But I don't really get why ANY of these people like Cher....

Straight men
Gay men
Straight women
Gay women
Bisexual both sexes
Dingos in heat
2 month old tadpoles

Cher should only open her mouth when it comes to acting.

Not only is it possible, it's a fact, woofy.

Although I will admit this: seeing Cher belt out "Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves" while wearing one big-ass indian headress and a micro-mini loincloth, lounging over the top of an upright piano makes me giggle.

" . . . my momma used to dance for the money they'd throw . . . "

*giggle*

I got you Babe

I was in the audience of a Arthur Godfrey show that featured Sony and Cher in color to us, but black and white TV to every one else and she got to me with Sony and Cher "I Got You Babe". Hullabaloo DVD I have Sony and Cher in B & W singing that very same song. I fell out of love when she changed from what she used to be, to what she was in her last concert.

I am a widower, my wife died in 1979. Mae also liked S & C, infact we both started wearing the same his n her bell bottom pants and shirts. We were not hippies but we smoked our share of that THC laden grass.

I'll admit I went to her concert. I'm not necessarily a "fan", but some of her music isn't too bad.
BUT, I'll definately admit that the concert was quite a performance. It definately rivaled any big show you would see in Vegas. And the fact that they move it all around the country is amazing.

Now, when she came back to town for a repeat performance, I stayed home. It was nice to see once, but not more than once. My wife had a girls night out when she came back the second time. But then again, my wife is a big fan.

It IS possible for straight men to like Cher, but atlantamoi is right..

If it's a goal of yours to have your sexuality questioned based on who you listen to....listen to Donna Summer instead...

It's even possible for straight men to like Liza Minelli, so certainly it's possible for straight men to like Cher. Hard to imagine, but not impossible.
