Teenagers Ape GTA (Crazy KIDs)
September 10, 2003 - In a case of life imitating videogames, two Tennessee teenagers, who cited the Grand Theft Auto franchise as their influence, recently opened fire on Interstate 40 highway, killing one and severely injuring others. The family of one of the victims is suing Take-Two in response.
William and Joshua Buckner, ages 16 and 14 years old, told police they were bored, so they took a .22 caliber rifle and decided to ape their favorite videogame, Grand Theft Auto. The family the victim, 45-year-old nurse Aaron Hamel, filed suit against Take-Two Interactive.
"The industry needs to cough up money so victims and their families can be compensated for their pain," said Jack Thompson, the family's attorney, on ABC News. "The shareholders need to know what their games are doing to kids and their families. They need to stop pushing adult rated products to kids. These products are deadly."
What do you think? Is it Take-Two's fault or the teenagers fault?

Its the teenagers parents fault. I have said it time and time again, its the parents responsibilities to teach their kids whats right and wrong, obviously those parents did not do that.
