T3 Revised DVD Cover Art!!! It SUCKS!

Just seen over at DVD Answers that Warner have revised the artwork for T3. It's not been changed to a snapper case but good god does this artwork suck.

Check it out HERE

I wasn't much for the first one we saw but this is 10x worse.

Maybe they could have done more with it, but it isn't as bad as those at the site are saying.

I hated the other one but I'm no fan of the big head "art" either. Maybe the 3rd time is a charm.

I think they want people to think this is a Superbit with that gray border.

I actually like this one better myself. The first one just looked generic to me. I love the closeup of the T-800(sorry, he will never be a T-101 to me).

Looks fine to me. Considering how many other Arnold covers feature his face, this will fit right in. Last Action Hero, End of Days, Terminator, True Lies, Conan the Barbarian... it's all good

Interesting - this image came from a poster as well, but they put the T-X reflection in the sunglasses. I thought both covers were pretty crappy...

I have to agree, I like this one better than the previous one. I am just happy it isn't a snapper.

I'm generally not crazy about "big head syndrome," but I like this one better than the original design. This one is cleaner, IMO.

Personally, I slightly prefer the original over the new one. What's with all the big head covers lately?

Don't care too much for either one, but I definitely prefer the first one.

Ultimately, they're both pretty lazy and unoriginal. Pretty generic stuff.

I do prefer the old one. The sliver border makes it look a little odd to me. The reflection in the glasses is just ridiculous though.

1. It's just a cover.

2. There'll probably be another version out at one point or another, so if the cover bothers you that much, just wait and don't buy it yet.

3. Does it come with an insert? (had to be said)

Maybe I'm just nitpicky, but with the light source where it is, wouldn't the T-X's reflection have to be flipped?

I mean, Arnold's face is lit on one side, and the T-X's is lit on the opposite side.
