What Are The Chances Of Seeing These TV Shows On DVD?

A often-asked question I know, but does anyone know of any info on these?

Beverly Hills 90210
Boy Meets World
Dharma and Greg
Jesse
Grosse Pointe
Off Centre
Party Of Five
Trouble With Normal
Two Guys, A Girl and a Pizza Place
What I Like About You

Thanks

David

I remember talk in this forum a month or two ago that this was in the works. So I'd do a search for more details and bump "Slim Chance" up to "Very Likely".

I don't know the details and I'm too lazy to search right now.

Would this be your opinion or do you have some sort of proof?

Yeah Boy Meets World is very likely to come probably next year or 2005. Here's the Official news from TVSHOWSONDVD

"Just got off the phone with someone very high up at Buena Vista Home Entertainment, and they told me that "Boy Meets World" is being considered for DVD release in the future. There are no dates, and nothing is set in stone. If we find anything else out, we'll be sure to post it."

I'd like to see a "Best of" collection of Don West hawking sports cards and memorabilia as wellas beanie babies back in his glory days on Shop at Home.

What make you think Dharma & Greg isn't gonna happen?

I think that's much more likely than 90210...I was reading at another forum that Charlie's Angels and S.W.A.T. are the only Spelling shows that made it to DVD, and that was only to tie in with the movie. Until Aaron Spelling gets with the program, we won't see 90210, or Love Boat, Melrose Place, Charmed, Dynasty, The Colbys, TJ Hooker, Hotel, Family, or Hart To Hart. I guess we'll get Starsky & Hutch when that film comes out next year, but that's about it. At least we got one episode of S&H and one of The Rookies when Columbia did that "70's Cop Shows" DVD. Yippee.

I actually enjoyed Jesse, and wouldn't mind having it on DVD. I think it's not likely, though. As for other unlikely shows I'd like: I'd kill for Quark and Otherworld. I guess there's not much chance of those old SciFi shows, though. Not even with Jonathan Banks gracing the screen in Otherworld.

Actually, I'd say there's a pretty strong chance of Different Strokes coming to DVD.

Wasn't it on that Columbia TriStar TV-On-DVD Poll a while back? That at least shows its in their minds...

I frickin' wish. I didn't discover this show until its second season, at which point there were only a handful of episodes left before cancellation. Hilarious stuff, much funnier than its Must See TV competition.

I'd love Party of Five on DVD. Especially as they stopped showing it here after the first few series. Oh please let it be so. Please.
