I'm about 99% positive that Hank Hill was directly based off of Mr. Anderson.

Shaggy and that kid from that Hanna Barbera cartoon about the car (I forget, it was on Boomerang a couple months back after Pac Man)

There was a Shaggy clone on Josie and Pussycats.

I think Wacky Racers had a few clones too...

True, I forgotten about it. But that isn't the show I'm thinking of. The car had eyes or something.

I dont know if this counts but i always thought Starscream from Transformers and Cobra Commander from G.I. Joe were the same charcter, they even have the same voice.

Speed Buggy. And the Shaggy-esque character's name is Tinker.

What about Fred from Scooby-Doo and
Alan from Josie and the Pussycats.
At least they look like they hang out at the same clubs, but Alan hits the gym more.
