KOTOR Problems
I rented KOTOR yesterday from BBV.It plays well all thru the movies and sounds great but when I go to access the options screen or any other typed verbage it appears as symbols and no words
example:#$*&&(*((@))@#(unknown token)
I took it back to BBV and swapped it out 4 times could it be that my system is having problems reading this disk or could it be that all of there discs are damaged(They all looked pretty marked up)
Every other game I have plays fine.Any suggestions?

That's pretty weird, but the fact that it happened on four different copies of the game, scratched up or not, indicates that it's a problem with your Xbox.

I'm glad there is a happy ending to this. I looked over at the Bioware forums and couldn't find anything related to your problem. Wild.
While I was there I read that swoop bike upgrades are impossible, even though everybody and their brother in the game mentions them. All that aggravation...for NOTHING!
I also found out that OXM plans to include the downloadable content in a future issue (November?) for those without Xbox Live.

Yeah, my X-Box crashed a few times during that whole underwater walkin around part. There's been a few times that the game loaded another level and all I could see was a black screen. I even found a glitch in Kassyk (or whatever planet it's called). I was walking around in a Czerka store and walked towards a container, then boom, a loading screen comes up and I pop up outside fighting some insect creatures coming at me. Lot's o' glitches with my X-Box and this game. That's why I save every few minutes.
