Who didn't like Extreme OPS
I have skied but I never performed tricks like these professionals who did the actual skateboarding. Who didn't like Exteme OPS in 2.35:1 Anamorphic and surround sound?

Would it be considered a thread crap if you thread itself is a thread crap?
In any case danol.. You really need to think about it before you use this button
Half the time it sounds like you are just asking for a certain response with your questions. Makes me wonder if you are real or just some fake member having a blast with all this?

I wasn't suggesting he not start threads, but considering his past few threads:
http://www.dvdtalk.com/forum/showthr...hreadid=312425
http://www.dvdtalk.com/forum/showthr...hreadid=309441
http://www.dvdtalk.com/forum/showthr...hreadid=309500
Maybe he should re-think the wording on some of these topics. they would make great topics if the approach was different.
Dumpster diving is a pretty decent topic if it was discussed in a manor which didn't start a laughing craze. I have gotten a lot of feedback of my grammer, but it seems with danol's replies half the time that he's playing a character for the masses.
Not to forget all the great work he has done for the Trading side of the board though. Just saying re-wording some of the threads might actually carry a topic in the thread instead of how the whole "dumpster diving" thread ended up in the other forum with the comments. feeding the masses material to joke around at. I'm sure Danol would like to be taken a little more serious. My comments pretty much saying just reread and put some thought into what will become a thread before it's started and the off topic stuff happens
As for Extreme Op's. I would consider it one of the lower brow Xtreme films. It is a sort of popcorn flick you watch when there's nothing else on tv on a sunday. It was really planning on marketing on the whole Extreme sports craze. Just like Grind right now is trying to work off the skating craze. Just a little to late for it's target if you ask me.

I think a better thread would be "Who Liked Extreme OPS"....and then maybe the three people worldwide who actually liked this cinematic atrocity could post their thoughts... What a TURD that movie was...

Being a snowboarder (I ride at least 3 days a week for that past few years), I was really looking forward to this movie. Not only was it just a bad movie, but the snowboarding scenes sucked as well. It's a horrible film. But every recent snow movie has been bad. Out Cold could have been a cool film, but it wasn't.
If you want a good ski movie:
for comedy HOT DOG.....THE MOVIE is the one to watch, not only is it very funny, but it has great skiing scenes and music. It's also just been released on DVD, it's a $9.99 MGM title.
And for drama: ASPEN EXTREME is a good ski film, great skiing scenes, well done film. And I beleive it's a $6 Wal-mart title.

Wow. For such a lousy movie, a bunch of people still went to go see it. That's what always amazes me about these types of threads. With all the info on the web and how "web savvy" most here claim to be, they still flock to the "turd" movies when they hit the theater.
