Does Lost in LaMancha come with an insert and if yes, what is it?

I got a copy via trade and it is just an ad for music videos from the same distributor and want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

Just be happy you got the dvd. I looked all over the place, killed 5 suncost workers, 3 best buy stores (Yes, the full number of people in the stores) and ran some guy off the road because I went all over town (down in florida) looking for this with no luck. Insert or not, Just enjoy the ride. ;)

It doesn't have an insert (with chapters or anything). It does, however, have an insert that lists some of the other documentaries that have been made. No big deal at all...

Same happened to me, but with a little more violence. ;)

I just ended up getting it for $16.77 at Deep Discount DVD, which would've beat any other deal...
