When was the Scarface deluxe announce?

I just saw this on amazon.com.

Scarface Deluxe Edition

Does anyone know when this was announced? And is there a version without the 1932 film? Just Al Pacino's scarface?

Its not the TV Version, there is a feature on the disk that looks at both versions. And yes you can just get the 1987 version.

Does anyone know what the MONEY-CLIP will look like with the Gift Box Deluxe edition. I'm debating whether to get just the single disc version or the gift box for the cool packaging...so it seems.

I was thinking about getting the deluxe Scarface, but now I'm wondering if its just a marketing ploy for rappers. They are going to have to have something to show on MTV Cribs seeing how noone will care about them having the origanal Scarface version.
