More R.Kelly news.....I'm Pissed

I just found out that whilke classic Kelly tunes such as I'm Your Angel, I believe I Can Fly will be on the record. He has decided to go with second rate material for his greatest hits(Sex Me Parts 1 and 2(I am not lying on this...go to mtv.com) as well as Honey Love from his first album( i hated this song, and other than "DEdicated" the album was apiece of trash.
The article then goes on to talk about how a second disc will feature remixes of Gotham City and I Can't Sleep Baby, which should have been on the damn Greatest Hits album since their both top 10 hits. This is exactly why people Download songs you stupid record company. I was hoping to get all his classic jams on one disc, but after the news that no "Ignition (Remix)", on the greatest hits.....what the hell is this guy thinking? No.... "If I Could Turn Back the Hands of Time". I am very very dissapointed they are relasing this crap. Come on....."Sex Me" was a piece of a song that never charted and Step In the Name of Love is Garbage.....the only think worthy on that record is a song that won't be on there. Whoever is in charge with making these decisions as far as tracklisting goes, needs to have their head examined.

Sometimes the record label decides which songs go on.

That's not likely with a big star like R. Kelly, but he should
have all the regular versions of his hits and then a remix disc.

Sex Me is a horrible song.

Gotham City was a good one.

You're right, who wants to pay 15 or 20 bucks for subpar
material.

Maybe Kelly is holding out for a better disc release, kinda like the cd Mariah put out years ago titled "1's", a collection of number one songs but not her greatest hits, as she put it.

I read somewhere that a limited number of these discs would also include a "remix" cd. Now for most artists, this is no big deal (Bobby Brown's Dance You Know It and some horrible Boyz II Men remix cd come to mind), but Kelly's remixes are consistantly better than the already good songs that he puts out. Bump and Grind remix, I Can't Sleep remix, the aformentioned Ignition remix...and many more. I'm sure that most Kelly fans have already made their own remix cds, but I'm interested in what will be on this one.

Huh huh, you said "Go on." It could be worse, considering this is R. Kelly, the topic heading could have ended with the word "On."

But also, coming from sad and depressing ghetto high school, the majority of my old classmates preferred lots of these songs, over some of his better recordings..especially screwed and chopped.
