I've had it since it was released and my friends and I all love it. We are all big mountain bikers so we are kind of biased but it is a really fast and fun game. It's really cool too that you can pick actual parts and bikes in the game. No made up fantasy bikes and parts. It's also challenging. So it's not a game you will just breeze through in a few hours. With all the sponsers, manufactuers, pro riders to unlock... it should keep you busy for a while.

Is it basically like downhill skiing, just on a bike?
Is it like Tony Hawk on a bike, meaning you have to do tricks and all that stuff?

I would buy it, but then NCAA and Madden came out and I am torn as to where to waste my money!
