Why doesn't Netflix carry Synapse Films
What is up with Netflix, I am finding the lack of certain titles really really annoying. Specifically Synapse and some Blue Underground DVD's. Netflix doesn't seem to carry "Flavia The Heretic" or "Stacy". The latter I am dying to see. I suggest these films to Netflix, yet to seem not to care or respond to my enquiries. Are there other DVD rentals alternatives than Netflix??

Greencine might be more what you're looking for, they have a lot more indy/arthouse/cult/foreign type of titles. Greencine has both of these titles in fact.

2 out @ $15.95/month
3 out @ $21.95/month (this is the standard membership level)
4 out @ $26.95/month
5 out @ $31.95/month
8 out @ $41.95/month
I don't get the logic of this?

greencine is pretty cool. not a member at the moment (cash flow problems) but i was for a few months. great slection. i believe they got salo CC and eraserhead soon after i left. my only issue was i live on the other side of the country and shipping turn around time sucked. sometimes it was 3 days which was great but mostly it was 5 to 7. people were complaining about some titles always being out but for me they had so many titles i wanted to see i always had something of interest coming my way. extra or bonus discs are a seperate rental, something i dislike alot but most online renters have that policy.
