Does anyone have a scan of the front & back cover of R2 Bend it Like Beckham ?
Also, does it comes with an insert. I want to see it mine is a bootleg, which it looks like..

I'll assume you mean UK.
I had this -it's a double sided (clear case) IIRC. No insert is required with this type of cover.
