They Live - any known tech. problems w/ old disc?
this is a long shot, but...
Does anyone who owns the OLD They Live dvd know of any problems w/ it? It played fine on all my dvd players, but someone I sold it to last month claims they can't play the dvd on their Oritron dvd player. I am slightly suspicious, since they waited to make this claim AFTER the new dvd was announced, but i thought I'd check it out anyway.
thx.

I never had a problem with mine on several players. Sure sounds like your buyer heard about the new edition and is trying to get his or her money back. Ask if they've had problems playing other discs.

The problem may be with the Oritron (Wal*Mart's house brand). Not a good brand for VHS / DVD players although I never noted any problems with their TVs when I worked there.
