8/5 Family Guy Q?

On last nights episode where Chris becomes an artist (Christobel), I am curious about what Peter actually intended the two of them to do. While they are in the art studio Peter suggest that they go to Barneys' and fart in the suits. Now does he mean in the suit department or actually try on a suit and then do the deed.
I know this is one of the lamest questions to surface, but it has been bugging me all day.

I always thought that Peter, being... Peter ... thought that "Barneys" had something to do with a certain big purple dinosaur, and he was talking about big purple dinosaur suits, not business suits. But I probably think far too deep into Family Guy.

If you don't actually put on the suit to do it... you're just wasting your time.
