my brother is into that late 90's anti grunge music (collective soul, tonic, dishwalla, eagle eye cherry), he consiters use of a synthesiser as being dated, and can't stand any 70's music and back
mom only listens to country and some easy listening (billy joel, rod stewart ect)
dad only listens to classic rock
my so is more into anything that comes on the top 40 stations thats not rap music
and I'm into nu metal/classic rock

pretty much everything except: country, Top 40, hip-hop, new rap, and most nu metal

but, primarily, i'm a metal/progressive rock guy.

I think the "rents" only listen to talk radio. Although my dad is a big Stevie Ray Vaghn fan, but I never see him listening to him.
