Everybody should try this show out. It's better than anything that's been on tv in the past year. This is probably the best cartoon (movie or tv) that I've ever seen.

I don't know if they've cut anything out, but they actually showed the full credits in Japanese which leads me to believe that they're being very faithful to the source. I thought the dub was really good too.

It's a six part anime series by the same folks who brought us Neon Genesis. it's going to be on all week at midnight. It might be a bit much and a bit confussing for some, but it's worth the look.

That was one of the wierdest cartoons I have ever scene, but I'll probably give it a chance and watch the rest of the week. Good ol' Adult Swim never lets me down.

Well anyone else has some thoughts on this series? I picked up the figures for it some time ago. Man, it must have been forever since it was released.

yes. but in one crappy marketing movie.. Each DVD retails for about 26 bucks and contains 2 episodes each. the third and last dvd recently came out.

I can't imagine what this would be like NOT in Japanese...

Normally I HATE this type of anime, HATE it. But this show is very well made, and I kind of like it quite a bit.

The DVDs are damn_expensive though...

I seem to recall that the DVDs had very well done subtitles though, which is more than I can say for most releases.

We got it a lot easier here though. It comes on 6 DVDs in Japan with 1 show each per DVD. I already own the 3 DVDs but it's awesome to see this show on Adult Swim. I'm also glad they're showing Blue Gender since I never got a chance to check it out til now.

That is true that we have it easier. but it seems that it's standard practice to release dvd's one at a time there. Check out Macross Zero. each episode is released on dvd one at a time.

This show is freaky, but you can't deny the quality of animation. It kinda feels weird that I actually am liking a dubbed anime.

Staying Tuned.

the subbed is hard to follow.some of the scene fly past way to fast. When I first saw it subbed the fansubb had no audio on the first episode. Let me tell you that one I had to watch atleast 5 times to fully get everything in my head.

Fooley Cooley will restart on Wednesday, June 13th.

I've found that if I just do one episode a day, then I can absorb it. Too wierd.

Codec problem... happened to me too :P Fixed it though.

As much as I hate dubbed anime (and this is in no ways an acception) it's a less serious, highly visual peice of work. So I'd be more likely to watch it with the different voices, and altered script compaired to other animes I like.... not that I ever would... but I'm just saying
