Anyone have info on "Thirty Days of Night"?
As far as I can find out it's a Sam Raimi project to translate the Niles/Templesmith comic to the big screen, but no more particulars.

Rumors are...he's going to direct the film version of the vampire graphic novel.
On the other hand, it seems that there's always a rumor that Sam Raimi will direct any movie featuring zombies/vampires/werewolves going around and killing people.
But hey, if this *beep* is true, I'll be there in a moment.

Nope, Raimi's production company bought the film rights and Steve Niles is writing the script even as we speak, but Raimi's made it pretty clear he WON'T be directing. Who knows who will be...

Awwww, that's too bad....though I'd love to see him do another comedy-horror flick, or should I say just another horror flick in general, as I've seen the graphic novel of this and it's very serious in tone......
