What, quoted in real life? Or in other movies?
...for some reason, I always hear some variation of "lions, tigers, and bears....oh my!" from Wizard of Oz in many movies.

For me, Dumb and Dumber:
"Be strong . . ."
"Goodbye my loooove!"
"Here you go . . . here you go . . . here you go."
"Do you want to hear the most annoying sound in the world?"
The mocking bird song, sung in the Dumb and Dumber style.
"You're it . . . (etc)"
"So you're telling me I've got a chance."
And many many more, especially if you count quotes changed a bit to fit the real life situation. Also, the gagging motion Loyd makes when he finds out Harry's been out with Mary Swanson is a common expression in our house.
2nd in number of quotes is probably the South Park tv show, but only when younger kids aren't around.

My little brother got his arm stuck in the microwave. So my mom had to take him to the hospital. My grandma dropped acid this morning, and she freaked out. She hijacked a busload of penguins. So it's sort of a family crisis. Bye!
Go that way, really fast. If something gets in your way, turn.
Gee, I'm real sorry your mom blew up, Ricky.

Hum.. Quoted in other films? Errr maybe "Luke, I am your faaaaaaaaaaaaather...." or for sure then it has to be, in films.. "You talking to me???" being so many films use that as a joke line, anytime they have a mirror and so on..
As for everyday life.. Sure the film film geeks drop more them most.. but for some reason you hear "Yeah baby, yeah!" in the austin powers vibe alot when people see 60's stuff...
"I'll be back..." or of course.. "Go ahead, make my day" being even none movie fans tend to drop those lines.. Same for "Offer you can't refuse"..

"i'm walkin' here!" - alot of people dont even know what this is from. that might be a good thread, quotes that are better known than the film they came from. like this one...
"You know how to whistle don't you, Steve? You just put your lips together and blow."

Jeez! How could nobody mention Fight Club?
Outside of the town my wife's parents live in, there's a bed-and-breakfast called "Lady of The Lake". Every single time we drove past that sign, I'd recite the bit from Monty Python and The Holy Grail. Now, even before we get to the sign, she just looks at me and says "Dont."
