Anyone else having trouble getting the songs from De-Loused in the Comatorium in order in their iPod?

Huh? You mean ordering it from Itunes or something? I'm using a PC and have the Mars Volta from MP3 format playing fine on my 30 GB Ipod. I've never known Ipods to be picky about the band. Maybe yours is a Sparta fan?

The songs play fine on my iPod, it's just that the track order is messed up. I tagged them correctly but they still aren't in the right order.

Mine are ordered correctly. I don't think it's the iPod.

What program did you use? I used MusicMatch jukebox for both ripping and downloading.

1. I know it's obvious, but is your iPod on shuffle?

2. If there is even one errant space in a field it'll put your songs out of order.

"Mars Volta" vs.
"Mars Volta "

I've had track orders drive me crazy until I found the one extra space throwing everything off.
