T-X vs. T-1000, who would win?

In a battle of just T-X vs. T-1000 with no extra weapons, who would win?

The easy answer is the more advanced T-X, but how many of her weapons would affect the liquid metal of the T-1000? She shouldn't be able to control him as he's not really a machine. Also, the T-X is solid under her liquid metal and could be damaged.

So, who do you think would win?

Do you really know if the T-X is more advanced than the T-1000? I don't think it is. It is coming from a different Future timeline - a timeline that was speeded or accelerated up by the finding of the chips in T1...

The T-X definitely has morphing abilities and re-generative properties. Its got built in guns.

The T-1000 is a machine it just didn't have a robotic metallic chassy.

If it got in close, the T-1000 would win. But the T-X's guns would definitely affect the T-1000 (see the effects of a grenade in T2 against the T-1000). So it might be able to stop T-1000 if she/it got from afar.

T2 and T3 spoilers
Spoiler:
It required outside sources to destroy both T-X (T-850's battery) and T-1000 (molten steel), so it's difficult to say.

draw plain and simple.........there's no way T-1000 could hurt T-X......the endoskeleton is far too strong. the T-1000 couldn't really put the hurt on T-800. and nothing the T-X has can really damage the T-1000...........at least nothing we've seen. it's probable that if the T-X is designed to destroy other terminators it has something to aid it if it where to encounter a T-1000

It put the hurt on it..I mean the thing basically destroyed it - that damn reserve power thing came to the rescue though.

i'm not saying the T-1000 didn't damage arnold but it certainly didn't do the kind of damage the T-X did. and how much can the T-1000 really do? bash stuff and make knifes, the thing that makes it deadly is it's stealth and regeneration so it's hard to terminate. it had a hard time with the T-800 compared to the T-X so what can it really do to the T-X that arnold didn't do? remember no outside weapons........it'd turn into a crazy game of bloody knuckles

T-1000. The TX has a skeleton underneath all the liquid. It can be damaged unlike the T-1000. My opinion.

i hear ya lesterlong, but my point is that skeleton seemed VERY strong from all the stuff the T-X went through in T3 what does the T-1000 have to really damage it that arnold doesn't have?

Well, this thread is getting a bit far off - but you just can't say "take away the T-X's guns" thats her/its primary thing it can do. It can carry a frickin plasma rifle in its hands. Its like saying "take away the T-1000's ability to form knifes and stabbing weapons"

Secondly, it was shown that the T-1000 if hit with any kind of explosive device would seriously get messed up. (See end of T2 when it it is teetering on the edge). In that state, you can push it into a vat or do something nasty to it.

How does John Connor lead the humans to victory with all of these nigh invincible robots (cybernetic organisms) running around?

The way I see it, explosive devices don't bode well for either the T-X or T-1000. In T2, the liquid nitrogen DID cause the T-1000 to glitch in the special edition of the movie. Perhaps, that's why at the end, getting blown up by the grenade launcher wasn't good for an already glitching T-1000. And then you can finish off the T-1000 with a good bath in molten steel (or lava will do as well).

For the T-X, your best bet is to probably smash her up with some kind of helicopter (or any other heavy duty vehicle). If you can reduce the T-X to a crawling torso, you've got the upper hand already. By that time, you can blow her up with an array of explosives. Or maybe we can take a cue from T1 and smash her with a heavy steel door or a machine press.

I'd say it would be a stalemate. The T-X's weapons couldn't harm the T-1000, and the T-1000 can't be sharp enough to harm the T-X. It's only a matter of time before the T-X runs out of energy for her weapons, so a fistfight between 2 indistructible robots isn't going anywhere for at least 120 years...

The Plasma rifle seems to also affect electrical systems. Well, at least, it seemed to knock out Arnold for a minute or so. The problem is, if the T-X isn't able to permanently disable the T-1000 with the plasma rifle, it loses by virtue of having no effective weapons against the T-1000. It should be impossible to damage liquid metal with only hand to hand combat.

The T-1000 could form a pole-axe or any other medieval weapon and just puncture it to damage the internals. That and attack it's external electronics (eyes and ears). The T-X's only defense would be to run away. Otherwise, it'd be as effective as Arnold was when he tried to slug it out the T-1000.
