BMW HIRE DVD problems?

So i ordered this DVD directly from BMW.

I tried it on my DVD player in the living room again on my apex in my room. Also tried to play it on my PS2 and my DVD-Rom on multiple computers.

Nothing happens. My friend also have the same problem

Any suggestions

shoot an email off to that address and see what they say. it may be a problem they've heard of before already and ship off a new disc. or they may just replace it anyway. since this is a marketing tool above anything else BMW is not likely to knowingly leave anyone pissed off. i bet they will help you out, after all they are giving these damn things out like candy at halloween.

also you might want to take your disc with you to the video store. rent a couple dvds and then ask the guy behind the counter to do you a favor...have him throw the disc in one of their store players.

I'm having problems with my disc as well. It won't play in my Toshiba SD-1600 or Xbox. I sent an email to [email protected] so I guess I'll wait to see where that gets me. Anyone know a phone number to call?

I got a bad one too. Tried it on mine Toshiba SD-2109 and my computer's DVD drive. "No disc." Just shot an email off to BMW.

Thanks to johndoe8 and you other guys for this thread. Without it, I probably wouldn't have noticed it for months when I finally got a chance to sit down and watch the DVD.

Add me to the list of "no disc errors" - I sent them an e-mail too. We'll see what happens...

got mine today - haven't tried to play it yet cuz the case was partially crushed, the disc was loose and looks like its got hieroglyphics carved into it

i'm gonna email and see if they'll replace for me - scratches are pretty deep so i'm fairly certain its not gonna work

now what am i gonna watch tonight?

They had quite a few duds in the ones they shipped in July, as you can see by this thread.
