Takashi Miike films

I was thinking about getting Dead or Alive, and Fudoh but was curious, is the audio in english or just subtitles?

Well, obviously this thread's place is not the International Forum. Firstly, chrisfarrar is most probably referring to the R1 releases, and secondly, just because a film is Japanese doesn't mean we can't discuss it in the Movie Forum.

Arguing over trivial details?

Moving to Other Forum.

Chris - they're subbed, with no english dialogue track. It's the way to watch a foreign film.

Kino has the rights to the Dead Or Alive trilogy, but as far as I know they've made no release date announcement for Dead Or Alive 2: Birds.

Please move thread back to DVDTalk forum.

I'll have to watch one to give it a chance, just seems like I would be distracted reading the subtitles, but i'll see how it goes

Yeah, sometimes music distracts me during a film. Especially if it's not a popular tune that I don't recognize. Yeah ....
