For me it's Golden Sun. 37:10 (I am at the latter part of the Venus Lighthouse, right after the second circuit). This is by far the most time I've put into a game.

You have some playing to do then. 37.10 hours in an RPG seems small.
In many ways, folks here have maxed out the time counter.

I currently have about 55 hours in FFX.
I currently have about 15 Hours in Wild Arms 3.
I completed Dungeon Siege in 33 hours.
I have about 5 hours in Evolution Worlds.
I have about 3 hours in Lost Kingdoms

I put 70+ hours into Final Fantasy X before I loaned it out to someone. That hardly seems fair though since most of those hours were just trying to capture all the different types of creatures and stuff. I'd like to see an RPG that takes that long for the main storyline. I hear that the Dragon Warrior games are pretty long without padding the game with extra side-quests and whatnot.

Asheron's Call... I played it for 3 years and that damn game never end! I just had to call it quits myself after logging in for a total of over 6 months of REAL TIME in game...

Not counting MMORPG's, but including expansions and mods, probably the longest RPG's out there are Morrowind, Neverwinter Nights (including expansions and mods), Baldur's Gate 2, and Daggerfall. They are huge, and will offer hundreds of hours of playtime.

Probably Grandia for the PSX. It took me about 57 hours to beat. It's a pretty linear game with very few extras to waste time on, it's just damn long. It's also my favroite PSX game and possibly the best gaming value I ever got -- $10 brand new.
I spent almost as long playing Xenogears (55 hours) but I consider that time wasted.
One more thing -- I don't see how anyone could play FFX for that long. I managed to beat it in under 40 hours and that was too long. If it was even 10 minutes longer I probably would have just quit.

I mean, I'm playing Final Fantasy Origins right now, and I took 30 hours to beat Final Fantasy. Thirty hours!

Final Fantasy VII and Legend of Legaia over 100 hours each just trying all the side quests and getting everything. Yeah, it was crazy but I wanted to try to get everything. I probably won't do that again.

I invested about 50 hours in Xenogears, time well wasted if you ask me. Around 45 hours for FFX, another snorefest. 35 Hours for FF7,8 and 9. 25 hours for Chrono Cross, ridiculously easy RPG IMHO. Skies of Arcadia around 37 hours. My favourite RPG is definitely FF3(6). Last time I played that one took me about 40 hours.
GatorDeb have you finished Golden Sun? That one only took me 22 hours to finish.
As you can tell I don't stop to smell the roses much, mostly just power through. I find that going as quickly as possible raises the difficulty level, you spend less time levelling.

I spent a good time with Diablo 2 on battle.net too.
I heard Suikoden III can take a really long time.

I've put in 6 hours into Evolution Worlds. I'm up to MuseVille. It doesn't seem like a long game. I love long RPGs - makes me feel like I got my money's worth.

Thats the reason why most of the games I buy are rpg's, besides being my favorite genre, you get your money's worth in play time.
I had about 60 hours on Suikoden III
Around 55 hours on Skies of Arcadia Legends (you have to play this )
70 hours on Xenogears
And about 60-70 hours on FF7, 8, and 9, and 50 hours on FFX.
Pokemon Silver- 60+ hours
Star Ocean 2: The Second Story- about 40 hours. Plus the game has like 30 different endings. I only played it once through with Claude and then watched my sister play through with Rena. Pretty good both ways.

The last three I've played all the way through are FF8, FF7, and FF3 (for nastalgia.)
FF7 had about 98 hours invested.
FF8 had about 65.
FF3 had about 76.
That is before my friend formatted my FF memory card to play his stupid NBA game. That REALLY pissed me off. Luckily I was done, and had collected just about everything in the games, but it was like watching someone destroy a work of art. It was like my pride and joy of gaming for a year haha.
I haven't owned a console since and I don't play MMORPGs. I want a PS2 and FFX though hehe.

I think after everything was said and done I put 75 hours into FF VII. Thats with playing straight through not really focusing on side quest's and stuff. I guess I spent most of my time lost. I put about 60 hours into Kingdom Hearts.

None of the CRPGs have timers (Dungeon Siege isn't an RPG), but I've invested a huge amount of time in Morrowind. I probably spent a good 30 hours just exploring the area before actually getting into the main storyline. With all the optional quests and factions, guilds, and houses, you could spend several hundred hours in that game. And now there's two expansions out.
Baldur's Gate 2 is another one where you could spend over a hundred hours playing.
Back in the day, I spent weeks and weeks and weeks playing Ultima VII: The Black Gate.
I just finished Baldur's Gate, but I have no idea how long I played it. I finished it in ~75 game days though.

FF7. If I remember correctly, I put in about 75 hours on that one. I had a ton of time invested in Final Fantasy Tactics also. Probably not as much, though.

Asherons Call -- months of real time logged -- not as much in a single character, but split up over a pretty good period.
Morrowind -- probably almost 100 hours last summer and that was just one run. 2 more possibilities.
Fallout 1/2 -- a lot total since I've played through each multiple times, but not so long in a single go yet.
