From Dusk Till Dawn, II and III

I just watched the first one and all in all thought it was pretty good, anyways are the II and IIIrd as bad as all of the reviews say?

Yes. Well, I didn't read the reviews, but I'm sure it's as bad as they say. When I got got my FDTD collector's edition from Best Buy, it came packed with FDTD II, so I said what the heck. I'll give it a watch.

I think the only redeeming value of it was seeing a sexy Latina girl. :P

I found them both to be pretty good. Not as good as the first of course.

They both center around the the vampire bar and how it's been around for ages. I forgot most of the plot lines but they definitely weren't bad. I think the Direct to Video thing kills a lot of potential hits.

Part 3 had Rebecca Gayheart in it which was why I gave it a rent. Not bad--seemed like a tv movie most of the time. Definitely check out the first one if you haven't already, though.

It also had a cameo of Bruce Campbell.

Part 2 is terrible.

Part 3 isn't too bad. It's basically a remake of the first film set in the Old West.

I rented the third one by accident a couple of years ago without even having seen the first one before . (The previous custommer had mixed two VHS and nobody noticed until I returned the film the following day) and I hated it. Not only that but it toatlly ruined the original for me when I finally saw it a couple of months later.

BTW, it definitely looked like a made-for-tv movie.

I just watched part 2 and I agree it's pretty bad. I did notice Robert Patrick had a Filter shirt on. Of course his brother Richard is in Filter.
