Writing a paper on the console war.

Any information (Facts) would be helpful. I don't want this to turn into a console bashing. It's due tomorrow night just started today.

*Which* console war???? (skipping a few early ones...) NES vs. Sega Master? SNES vs. Genesis (vs. TG-16)? GB/GBC vs. Gamegear vs. TurboExpress? (vs. Neo Pocket?) Jaguar vs. 3DO? PS vs. Saturn vs. N64 vs. Dreamcast? PS2 vs. GC vs. Xbox?

And others....

gotta be more specific....

(Of course, my favorite was the 3DO vs. Jaguar war, which incited incredible flamewars, and incessant arguments about "games on rails" etc.)

Books to read that will help you out:
Game Over
First Quarter (I think it's been updated to Ultimate History of Video Games)
Procrastination for Dummies (since it's due tonight!)

Yeah, and unfortunately, any reasonable excuse you could have come up with for handing a video-game related paper in a few days late is going to be laughed out of court. Not that it isn't a great topic- it's just that no matter what you say, they will assume you couldn't manage to hand in your video game paper because you play too many video games.
