R.Kelly Greatest Hits album coming soon

I was listening to the radio in L.A. today(92.3) and the young lady said, "This is the new single for the upcoming greatest hits album by R.Kelly". I didn't get the name of the song, but I must say it was just a piece of junk....nothing demeaning or anything, just stupid lyrics, and wack beats. I know this man can do better than this trashy song....anyway if you have heard it what do you think? Will you buy it? What songs would you like to see on the record? This is what I would I hope is on there

!) Gotham City
2) Dedicated
2) Soldier's Heart
3) The World's Greatest
4) Your Body's Callin'
5) Bump N Grind
6) Ignition(Remix)
7) I Wish
8) When A Woman's Fed Up
9) If I Could Turn Back the Hands of Time
10)I'm Your Angel(with Celine Dion)
11) I Believe I Can Fly
12) You Remind Me Of Something
13) Down Low(with Ronald Isley)
14) I Can't Sleep Baby(If I)

PLus one great new single......KEY WORD(GREAT SINGLE) that would really get people hyped about this.

Ahh here's the name of the song

Thoia Thoing.....no that is not a joke fellas, that is indeed the real title of the single of the upcoming greatest hits......which sounds like a C-side record. Just a boring song.

well, he did call his last album Chocolate Factory, so, what can one say?

I wonder if the greatest hits album comes with an exculsive, limited dvd containing his home movies? Ohhhhhhhhh, that's bad.

I hate all greatest hits albums. If you like the artist, just get the actual albums. I don't see his song with Biggie here (I'm Fu@#&^G You Tonite).

It's amazing that after a huge scandal and controversy....his
"Ignition" single becomes one of his biggest and propels his
album into the top 10 for several months.

Really.. So, if I kinda like U2 I should buy all their albums instead of just buying a greatest hits? I should spend $100, instead of $12? Ok.

The album title should be "Songs For Statutory Rape."

How people can still give this guy money is beyond me.

Of course, I also don't understand why they took Gary Glitter's song and had a childrens doll play it after the guy was busted for having kiddie porn on his computer.

If you KINDA like someone, then why bother buying anything by them. I KINDA like a lot of people, but there is so much music that I love, I wouldn't waste my money on someone I KINDA like and miss out on music by those I loved.

And why buy a greatest hits, when usually they are just the most popular (not the greatest).

New Tracks To Bolster R. Kelly Hits Collection The 'R' In R&B Collection Volume 1

R&B/soul star R. Kelly will release his first hits compilation Sept. 9 on Jive Records. "The 'R' In R&B Collection Volume 1" will boast a number of the artist's best known tunes alongside new tracks and a limited-edition remix disc.

The set will be highlighted by two new cuts, including the single "Thoia Thoing," debuts at No. 70 on Billboard's Hot 100 this week. R. Kelly also recorded the brand-new track "Ghetto Religion" with Wyclef Jean for "The 'R'."

The rest of the disc will be fleshed out with such hits as "Bump N' Grind," "Your Body's Callin'," "Down Low (Nobody Has To Know)," "When a Woman's Fed Up," "I Wish" and "I'm Your Angel" with Celine Dion.

A bonus disc packaged with the first shipments of "The 'R'" will feature previously unreleased remixes of R. Kelly songs. Jive says the artist is in the studio recording for future projects with the likes of Baby, Jahiem, B2K and Nick Cannon.

Kelly's latest album, "Chocolate Factory" debuted atop The Billboard 200 in March and has sold 2 million copies in the U.S., according to Nielsen SoundScan.

Because you kinda like a few of their popular songs and you don't want to pay $100 for their whole collection. Some people don't have to be engulfed in passion for a musician to want to hear a selection of their songs. Yes, you can kinda like someone and still buy their music. That's not what YOU would do and I respect that, but everyone is not YOU.

Let's see, I really like 12-play - but I doubt it would make it to a greatest hits collection, which I would buy because I like greatest hits.

Hey. He should go to jail, but that Ignition song is great.

They play it in the clubs a lot.

Stick my key in your ignition.
