Well if ain't your cup o' tea then why bother coming in here? I normally don't watch the whole scream type of films, but I tend to enjoy the parody of them. I'll wait to see a trailer, but I find the posters atleast a funny take on the films that I assume they will spoof.

The first Scary Movie was funny, the second one sucked. Could this be any better, I'll see when it comes out on DVD.

The first poster is ok, the second and third are pretty lame. I'm skipping this in theatres and will wait for it to hit HBO.

Are Kevin Smith and Jerry Zucker still involved in the project?

The first one is inspired. The second two are pretty obvious. Could be good, though. I love well-done spoofs.

Personally, I didn't find the second Scary movie as funny as the first, but it did have its moments. I'll see the third one when it appears on dvd.

The second one was pretty bad. Few funny scenes, but it was pretty terrible.

The second one is terrible, first was quite good.

I enjoy the posters, tho do admit the first is the best.

I must admit, I'm interested in this one.

Directed by David Zucker, written by Smith (also an executive producer) and Zucker (and a few others)

And then...

Pamela Anderson .... Catholic Schoolgirl #1
Jenny McCarthy .... Catholic Schoolgirl#2

That has me thinking Kentucky Fried Movie all over again.

I love these type of movies. I thought the first one was great, the second one was VERY disappointing. Third one looks to be good with rumors of Kevin Smith, Jerry Zucker and possibly Leslie Nielson being involved!

I certainly hope this one is better than part 2, part two was crap! Part one was good enough for me to want to give 3 a chance.

Because, like most of you, I enjoy bashing the movies I hate nearly as much as I enjoy praising the movies I love.

I'll watch it.

No way in hell am I paying to see it though.

The posters are all fine. I guess the theme is aliens as opposed to the original Harry Potter spoofing that I heard about. Oh well.

Kevin was never pegged to write or direct. He is producing, and might end up being an executive producer credit only. In fact, Kev's involvement seems to have gone as far as getting his friend, Brian Lynch, to do additional scenes and rewrites. Lynch's name will be uncredited, though - the bulk will be written by Mazin and Zucker.

Figured not to start a new thread.. so:

http://www.annafaris.net/multimedia/SM3/et-1st_look.wmv

Jackson's finest performance to date..even if it is just a look alike.

Edit: http://www.annafaris.net/multimedia/SM3/et-1st_look.cfm is the actual link I meant to post, oops leads to basically the same place though.
